General
The A3 Agency is the firm A3 Translation Agency Ltd, Slovenska cesta 1, 1000 Ljubljana. The A3 Agency's clients are any legal or natural persons for whom the A3 Agency provides services of translation, language editing and/or interpreting.

Prices
All the prices of the A3 Agency are specified in Euros, VAT excluded. The A3 Agency can adjust its prices on the basis of the difficulty of a text or its specificity, the delivery deadline and the quantity of text. Prices may be changed without any previous notice.

Delivery
The A3 Agency uses its best endeavours to meet the agreed deadlines to thus satisfy the needs of its clients as much as possible; however, a client cannot reject the translation delivery or realisation of the service due to any delays if the service is already being performed. In the event the client does retract such an order, it must pay for the work already completed. In no circumstances shall the A3 Agency be held responsible for any consequences of the late delivery of a translation or any other service.

Responsibility
The A3 Agency does its best to provide quality and prompt services. The A3 Agency does not guarantee the correctness of the informative data presented at the www.a3doo.si website. The A3 Agency will also not assume any direct or indirect responsibility and liability for damage or any other liability for mistakes in translations or any other service. A complaint regarding a service including a detailed description of the complaint must be delivered by the client to the A3 Agency within 8 days from the date of invoice.
