The A3 Translation Agency Ltd was established back in 1992, thereby becoming one of the first translation agencies in Slovenia. As reflected in the company’s name, our most important activities comprise translating and interpreting; however, we also offer language editing of texts in the Slovenian language as well as in various foreign languages. Over the past few years we have drawn together a wide range of experienced and well-educated associates – translators and language editors – who satisfy our high criteria regarding the quality of translations, the meeting of deadlines and confidentiality of customers’ information. In each and every text we find the most appropriate translator or interpreter who is up to date with the specific expert terminology involved. Mostly we are asked to translate from the English and German languages into Slovenian and vice versa; however, lately there has been an increase in orders to translate to and from Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, French, Czech, Croatian, Serbian and Russian. In every case we will, of course, try to choose a suitable translator. Through the use of electronic media, the A3 Translation Agency also closely co-operates with translation agencies located in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Croatia, Austria, Great Britain, Denmark, the USA and, of course, Slovenia.

Our clients can order translations in person, by fax or e-mail. The last mode is becoming increasingly popular for it is the fastest and most efficient. We can also return our written translations in whichever form the client desires (printed on paper, by fax, on CD, by e-mail). To keep our computer equipment as compatible as possible with that of our clients, we regularly follow developments in this field and ensure that we frequently update our software and hardware. The high quality level of our services is also being guaranteed by means of regular translation tool updates. Most of our translations and interpretations are commercial, legal or technical in nature. The A3 Agency’s approach to offering services is an integral one: in order to achieve a high level of quality we rely on a wide range of sources – from electronic dictionaries and Internet databases through to consultations with experts from linguistic and other expert fields. The list of our clients is very long and we are extremely proud of the fact that most of them are regular ones. We regularly co-operate with all Slovenian ministries and other governmental institutions, the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, many embassies located in the Republic of Slovenia, reputable Slovenian and foreign companies, various trade unions and others.
